Diese meditative Wanderung lädt dazu ein Abstand zum Alltag zu gewinnen, die schönen Aussichten auf die Berge und die Weitsicht über die grünen Wiesen und Wälder zu genießen.

Wir gehen einen Teil der Wegstrecke im Schweigen und halten an besonderen Plätzen inne. Lassen Sie sich durch kurze Achtsamkeitsübungen Impulse geben, um sich selbst und die Natur ganz bewusst wahrzunehmen und dadurch zur Ruhe zu kommen. Nach der Hälfte der Strecke kehren wir ein im wunderschön gelegenen Hofcafé Otthof. Bei einer Brotzeit oder Kaffee und Kuchen genießen wir das Beisammensein und die herrliche Aussicht.
Auf dem Rückweg machen wir einen Abstecher in den Wald, wo wir die Kraft der Bäume und den weichen Boden erspüren, den Vögeln lauschen und den Duft des Waldes in uns aufnehmen. Aufgetankt und entspannt gehen wir wieder langsam zu unserem Ausgangpunkt am Kloster Beuerberg zurück. Gönnen Sie sich eine Auszeit!
