Sat, 22 Jun 2019 14:38:08 +0000https://natur-verbindung-erleben.de/?p=2537Einmal nicht darüber nachdenken, wo es hingehen soll, was es zu erreichen gibt oder welchen Sinn und Zweck unser Tun gerade verfolgt. Fast immer erfordert unser Alltag, dass wir einen Plan haben, ein Ziel verfolgen und dieses möglichst schnell und perfekt zu erreichen. Wir sind gut durchgeplant und handeln vorausschauend. Das ist auch alles gut so, jedenfalls für bestimmte Dinge und zu gegebener Zeit. Und zu einer anderen Zeit ist es wichtig, dass wir eben genau das einmal nicht tun. Damit wir runterfahren und abschalten, wie wir immer so schön sagen. Von der Anspannung in die Entspannung. Wie ein Wechsel zwischen den Gezeiten. Wie Ebbe und Flut. Und uns eine Auszeit gönnen. Das kann man natürlich auf vielfältige Art und Weise tun. Die einen schalten ab beim Malen oder Meditieren, andere beim Kochen oder der Gartenarbeit, Lesen, Yoga, Katzestreicheln… Doch wo ginge es besser als in der Natur? Am Meer, am Berg, auf der grünen Wiese oder eben auch im Wald.
Hier schalten wir ab: Das Grün der Bäume, das Rauschen der Blätter, das weiche Moos unter den Füßen, die Geborgenheit der Bäume, das Spiel von Licht und Schatten der Sonnenstrahlen, die Stille, das Plätschern des Baches und das Zwitschern der Vögel. Hinsetzen, anlehnen an den dicken, alten Baum dort. Wie seine Wurzeln aus dem Erdreich ragen und sich ausstrecken. Einatmen, ausatmen, die Waldluft, der Duft von Holz, Harz, Moos, Laub, frischem Wasser… einatmen, ausatmen, loslassen… Augen schließen und genießen, das ist Waldbaden.
